Hello, thank you for visiting my policies page. Below is some information on payments, shipping, refunds etc.
Accepted payment methods
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Payment
Payment is through Paypal - quick, easy and secure. If you're outside the United Kingdom, Etsy will automatically show you the price in your own currency (it updates based on the exchange rate)
Please note that some countries charge import fees/customs duties on goods coming from overseas, if the value is over a certain amount - these fees must be paid by the customer to their customs department, sorry. Buyers in the UK are not affected by this.
To the best of my knowledge, at the time of writing:
CANADA - Up to approx $20 CAD worth of goods can be imported without being charged fees.
USA - $200 before any fees are charged.
OTHER NATIONS - please contact me if you are unsure of your local import laws.
If you have any questions or concerns about import fees please contact me.

UK - First class mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days.
EUROPE - Airmail. Delivery usually takes approximately one week.
USA & CANADA - Airmail. Delivery usually takes two weeks but please allow up to 3 weeks.
REST OF THE WORLD - Airmail. Delivery usually takes two weeks but please allow up to 3 weeks.
If you need tracking or faster delivery, please contact me before paying.
Want something sent to another address? Just add the address in Paypal and use that address during checkout. Please make sure the correct address is used.
I try to use eco friendly packaging for my items, which sometimes uses clean, recycled paper and card. Everything is wrapped carefully. Please contact me if you would prefer other packaging.
